Hand wash, cold and gentle cycle, and line dry. Approximate measurements: 14" shoulder to shoulder; 19" pit to pit; 18" long sleeves, and 23" from shoulder to bottom hem. There is a tiny, pin-size hole in the front of the blouse, about 3" up from the bottom hem and about 3" to the left of the placket; barely visible. See photos 6 & 7.
