Condition Is As Follows:--The 1961 "National Aide-De-Camp 3704" WITH The 15 Pens is in "Very Good" Condition. It does show some signs of wear. There is "yellowing/sweat/discoloration" staining on the inside of it from being worn. The inside ban is in "Excellent" Condition. Size is 7 1/4. --The Blue and White "Vice Commander Dist. 2" is in "Good" Condition. There is "yellowing/sweat/discoloration" on the outside AND inside from being worn. The inside ban is in "Excellent" Condition. Size 7 3/8. --The White and Yellow "Vice Commander Area B" is in "Good" Condition. There is "yellowing/sweat/discoloration" on the outside AND inside from being worn. The inside ban is in "Poor" Condition but is there and functions. Size 7 3/8.
