They are in great vintage pre-owned condition with no flaws. The tag label is still pretty crisp and unfaded. They are labeled a size Large (L), and measure laying flat and unstretched, 13" from side to side across the top waistband, and 17" top to bottom. The short inseam is about 3" long. The elastic is still soft and pliable. There are 6 rows of flowery scalloped lace. They are 65% polyester and 35% cotton according to the label. Just really spectacular!
