Description: The item is sold as is, as found and as you see it. The stein almost looks like a light gray with cobalt colors and some being translucent. Good condition with age related issues. Dirty in crevices and sometimes embedded dirt in between lid and ceramic handle. The lid is darkened; I dont know if through age or made that way. Under the lid has some silver metal color and darkening so tarnish, maybe? Bumpy surface under lid; maybe pitted in places. The inside bottom has an area that shows a drip lump patch. I dont know if its dried glue or the way the glaze was made. Left as found. The lid edge can seem rough; maybe the making, the way the metal was made but not sure. The lid can seem a bit crooked but not sure. some area in relief couple sitting; some decoration near lady's face, maybe a flea bits; it seems too perfect so it could be an unglazed spot; a glaze flaw. Some spotting in lid's edges; maybe corrosion. Some pitting on top; made that ay, not sure. The underside has a T in a triangle Western Germany Original mold year 1894. Says o.5 L, maybe l for liter. Scuffs in ceramic underside due to age and use. Paint clumps. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. See all pics for they are part of description.
