Description: This wallpaper is far out, man! It has black line drawings of men and women in hilarious domestic situations gone wrong, like a man struggling with dishes, a woman carrying too much laundry, an ironing mishap, and several other scenes. It's truly funny to look at! The drawings are somewhat similar to the popular Hirschfeld art of the day. This wallpaper has a background of raised light gray stripes and off-white stripes. I am not sure of date, probably mid 60's-70's? The packaging says it is pre-pasted, scrubbable, and dry strippable. They are both marked Lot #8. Prior storage conditions are unknown. I can tell you that it wasn't excessively dry (paper is not crumbly) or wet (it is not sticking together) where it was stored. I don't think it has an odor but if you are sensitive to these things, keep in mind it was an estate purchase. I am not sure if or how this is different than today's wallpaper but I'm assuming glue, paper thickness and delicacy, and application techniques have changed somewhat in the last 60 years. * Condition: The plastic wrap is not intact and there is some visible edge wear. The print is horizontal and you can trim back the edge if you need to. I had a partial open roll I was able to look at, it had foxing present on the backside for the first little bit I unrolled, I didn't observe it on the front side. I'm assuming there will be foxing on the other rolls but I am not sure about that. You can choose the quantity before you check out.
