Description: This listing is for the vintage USA made 24" straight edge / protractor as shown. The straight edge portion is pretty nice with a couple of spots of discoloration and lite pitting. The protractor has been modified. Originally both sides would have had "ears" sticking out appx 2-2.5", but they have been removed or more likely they broke off and someone ground down what was left. The head is made of what looks like pot metal or aluminum and hasn't aged that well as there are cracks forming throughout the graduated area. On the plus side, the adjusting nut works great and it swings thru it's full travel without any issues. Weighs just over 2 pounds as you see it.
