When tested , I tried one brand of battery, didn’t work, tried another brand and worked, tail fin moves up and down and it’s supposed to blow water out his blow hole. I haven’t tried it in water, but you can feel a slight amount of air coming from the blow hole? It may work, but being as old as it is, I would just use to display, I’ll leave that to the new owner.
