PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THROUGH THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTIONDESCRIPTIONPre-owned vintage, sterling silver 925 yellow enamel on guilloche with floral adornment compact.The 2” round compact has a slightly domed lid, about 1/2" deep at mid center.Yellow enamel guilloche on the lid with floral imprint adornments of rose & violets. Black enameling around the rim edge with yellow sections at 12, 3, 6 & 9 o’clock. In the center is an engraved sterling oval disc with the initials EH.There is yellow enamel loss at the 6 & 9 o’clock stations. Lid closes flush but does not lock securely and has a wiggle in the hinge when opened. Mirror is silvered and has a chip noted at the perimeter at about 9 o’clock. The bottom has a powder screen and the netting has become detached. There is also a cardboard bottom disc. The bottom has a turned, swirl design and is stamped Sterling.
