Description: Vintage Revere Ware 6" skillet / frying pan with copper clad stainless-steel bottom with the matching lid manufactured pre-1968 (double ring) in the USA in very good condition. The bottom is marked Patent 2272609 & Under Process Patent 2363073. Patent 2363073 was applied for by Revere in 1939 and granted in 1944. Skillet is very well-made weighing almost 1 pound, has a tight-fitting lid, a tight-fitting handle, and a flat bottom with no wobble. There are the light scratches, and the copper bottom has some minor stains. The skillet is 3-1/2" high with the lid on, has a 6" diameter and 11-1/2" wide from handle (without the ring) to outer edge. Please view all the pictures for more information.
