Description: Vintage RED SKELTON Chalk Picture 22" x 9.25" by Carmen I removed this from original frame that was in rougher condition. I can't confirm artist or age. The tape on the backing was very brittle and the frame was dated so I know it has age. Was hand constructed with chalk. Some blemishes a few noted in pictures but overall very neat original piece.
