Description: This darling doll house is the McKinley Dollhouse kit from 1981. Manufactured by Greenleaf Steel Rule Dye Corporation in Schenevus, New York 12155. This company was established in 1947, but my item was made in 1991. Due to its age, the box is not a pristine white color as shown in the second photo please ask questions if you would like another view and I can add an extra photo or two. I felt funny putting BNIB (Brand New in Box) in listing since this is "vintage" -more than 40 years old. It has never been opened. This box has never been opened. On the side the contents say that sandpaper and pre-cut plastic windows are included. This is a “tab-slot construction for easy gluing” however, glue is not included. *The scale is 1 inch equals 1 foot 1:12 *Pre-cut plywood parts *Assembled size is 33” x 31” x 9” *Open front Victorian style to display miniatures *Hang on the wall or display on a table *Five rooms, plus an attic and secret tower room, staircase, three bay windows, porch, and fireplace *Three hidden drawers in the base for storage *Silkscreen plastic windows *Assembles without nails or screws *Detailed assembly instructions are included I have had this "build it yourself" dollhouse in my house for more than five years.
