This brightly colored skirt is in very good preowned condition. It will stand out in a crowd and look beautiful wherever you wear it. Be sure and look closely at all the pictures to see the fine details. Please disregard changes in depth of color which may be caused by ceiling lights, windows, photography, computer or editing software. It was the 1990's and I loved to go shopping after work. One day I saw this beautiful JH Collectibles skirt at Dillards in Plano, Texas and fell in love with it. The only one they had left was a size 16 and I wore a size 12. I bought it anyway and asked a seamstress if she could make it fit me without changing the look of the skirt. Now the waist is 28-29 in.and the length is 34 in. The seamstress did a very professional job. I hope you will love it as much as I do. Description: Linen like fabric blend specifics on tag unknown (sewn over in waistband when alterations were done). Fabric is lightweight and flows beautifully. There are wide front pleats in front on each side of center panel. There are four sets of same-fabric double belt loops front & back (see pictures). There is a zipper closing in back with a flat hook & eye + extra fabric & button to reinforce the closure. There are two small darts in back on either side of zipper. The visible side of the tag says "Assembled in Columbia of U.S.A. components". Approximate measurements: Waist = 29-29 in. Length = 34 in. Back Zipper = 6.5 in.
