Description: Lovely and elegant "singing" bird sake bottle. It makes a pretty sounding birdsong whistle as you pour the sake. It stands about 6.5" to the spout. The bottle looks to have been used as a vase by someone who did not know what they had. The porcelin under the bird appears to be stained. I did not try to clear it so as not to do damage to the gold bird. There is a tiny factory flaw on an upper portion (pictured). This is a beautiful and innovative bottle none the less. *Please note that vintage items come with wear and tear. I do my best to try and make any flaws with an item known to customers.
