I do not know much about these, so I am selling it as found. The top screws on and off easily, but I cannot gtet the part with the NIB off (but I did not try to force it). Black flakes come out of the hole where the lever is (assume it is dried ink). There does not seem to be damage or cracks to the marbled plastic. This is a MUST HAVE for your collection!
