Description: Lamp is in good shape. Tested working. I can not figure out if how top part goes on. Please see all pictures and all parts come with it. I am sure there is a way to make it right. The top part stays on but that is now how it suppose to be on. Maybe it is missing something i don’t know. So i am selling it as this. There is no returns on this item. Please see the last picture.
