It is made of yellow cotton Permanent Press Water Repellent fabric with a woven colorful plaid print design. This women's preppy style rain coat jacket has a drawstring adjustable belted waistband, a fold over collar, large flap patch pockets, long full sleeves, yellow button closures, is fully lined in a yellow polyester nylon fabric and has a "Debbie Leigh Made in Japan" label size 15/16 tag sewn inside. The jacket measures 29 inches long, with a 40 inch chest, 28 inch waist, 23 inch long sleeves and a 15 1/2 inch back. It is in excellent condition.
