Description: Hello, thank you for looking. This vintage lamp seems to be in good functional service and cosmetic appearance. The switch works as it should, everything on it is firm and not rickety at all. All the points where it can articulate do so smoothly, but the lamp holds up in the place where you put it. The base has some weight to it so that it does not tip over. The brass is in good shape, no deep, scratches, or gouges. It does have the patina to it that time gives brass, as shown in the pictures. I typically don’t remove the patina for my things, a few minutes with some Brass-O or Barkeepers Friend and I imagine it would Al come right off. This light seems to be in good working condition, but with any electrical device I sell I give the same disclaimer recommending that you have this checked by a licensed electrician. Please zoom in on the pictures, they’re some of the best descriptions. What you see is exactly what you are getting so please make sure this suits your needs and tastes. This will ship well packaged and insured. Packing things appropriately to arrive intact is mentioned over and over in my feedback. It will ship with the two swingarms disconnected from the pole that holds it on top. This will be done to protect the entire thing in shipping.
