Description: This Blenko glass ashtray is in excellent condition. No damage anywhere. There's plenty of whiskering and bubbles throughout the piece, typical in Blenko glass. I believe this color to be lilac, which means it was produced between 1959 and 1960. It's a grayish purple. I've compared this piece to our amethyst, plum, charcoal and mulberry pieces, and it stands alone. If you receive it and don't agree that it's lilac, I'm happy to accept a return. This ashtray measures 8.5 inches long and 6.5 inches wide, and 1.5 inches tall. By itself it weighs 2 pounds, 11 ounces, so it's a heavy piece!
