It should be completely rewired for current codes and safety. It is sold as found and non-working. It is in very good condition. Drop chains mount on free hooks, as shown. The decorative pieces are all cast, even the ceiling cap. The main chain is attached and not free like the three drop chains. A striking chandelier overall.
