YOU NEED TO MOVE THE ONE PICKUP SWITCHE A LITTLE TO GET THEM TO WORK AND THE JACK INPUT IS THE SAME WAY. AND THE VOLUME POT HAS BEEN REPLACED AT SOME POINT. SO IT IS SOLD FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING.. This model is very similar to others like the teisco ET-200. No case included. Take a good look at the pictures, if you need to see a photo of a certain part of the guitar just ask I'll see what I can do... See pics for condition ... And pretty nice for a 50+ year old. If you look closely you will see this model is different than all the other ET200 guitars the input jack is at and angle I think it makes it extra special...
