Description: I am not 100% How to use these hair accessories made by avon from the early 1990s. They were mine when I was younger. 1. Was opened and used appears to have some dirt stsins/ dusty. Theres 2 combs attatched by a long scrunchie, 2 loops on either end. 2. Still in bag ( but the bag is ripped where tape was), avon versitile fashion wrap. Dated 1991. I couldnt find this anywhere so not sure how ut works or how it looks outside of the bag but its black nylon woth wire inside so qraps around. They come from a dog friendly household.
