The serial on the base of the dial is 2656392576. This dates the watch's year of manufacturing to 1976. I'm not sure what model this is. The lugs don't look quite like the Timex Marlin, but I think this might be a Timex Viscount. I would appreciate any info someone more familiar with Timex watches may have. The case diameter, not including the crown, is 35mm across. The watch is manual wind and is working at the time of writing this listing. I can make no guarantees regarding its future functioning, as this is a vintage time piece and there is always a certain amount of risk when purchasing aged mechanics. I don't know when the watch was last serviced, but if the new owner intends to wear it daily, he or she will want to have this done to ensure its working condition. This is a vintage, pre owned item that shows signs of wear and age. There are mild scuffs on the case and crystal, and the gold plating is worn on the edges. The gold dial still looks quite good. The band is newer and is made of either rubber or vinyl. Pictures are to be considered as part of the description.
