Description: Vintage 1945 Coro Gold Filled Figural Clown & Rhinestone Brooch w/ Pegasus Mark This is a Vintage 1/20 12k Gold Filled Coro Figural Clown Brooch featuring ruby red, sapphire blue and clear prong set rhinestone accents. Measuring 3" high x 2 1/4" wide and weighing 20 grams. The brooch is marked with the Pegasus (flying horse) and also the word Coro inside a rectangle. The Pegasus was first used in 1938. This is a Coro logo that was used from 1945 to 1955 and the Pegasus was first used in 1938. Using a jeweler's loupe I was able to see some light wear and surface scratches. One of the prongs holding the ruby red rhinestone on the top of the clown's hat is bent back, however the other three prongs hold it tightly and securely in place. No other dings, dents or repairs.
