Description: A great and somewhat rare Winsch-Schmucker halloween postcard from 1913. A scared boy is imagining all of the gremlins on Halloween night. The Jack O’lanterns and even the stars leer at him as he tries to keep his cool. This card has stains on the rear and some yellowing. Unposted. Given to Arthur, who apparently decided to put it in one of those photo frames of the time with a curved top . Unfortunately he trimmed 1/8” off of the top into a curve to fit. This trim does not affect the main image. The colors are crisp and bright. It kept the card in good condition I think for years. I collect cards and as I upgrade my collection I sell my old one. I have been doing this about 17 years now. My collection has grown enough that most of the cards I sell are very good to excellent. I am always happy to combine shipping. Just put what you want in your cart and request combined from there. .
