Description: Very cool glass decanter made for Seagram's Distillery in 1961. It features a handle and glass top with cork stopper. Best of all the stopper boasts an embossed Seagram's Double Headed Eagle Crest. Bottom of the bottle says "FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS SALE OR REUSE OF THIS BOTTLE" which was required by law be embossed in the bottles following Prohibition from 1935 - 1964. This bottle was made by Owens-Illinois Glass Co in 1961. Overall, in great condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. The cork is flaking just a little and could use resealing. There are some cork bits inside the bottle. Measures 12" high including the cork and the base is 4" diameter. SEE PHOTOS FOR FULL DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION.
