Description: This is a rare Hubley #474 Tow Truck with a spotlight and winch. The Tow boom is no longer attached. Everything is original including the rope. I believe it is from the early 1950's, but I could be wrong. It could be earlier. I have only seen one other of these and it did not have the spotlight and the boom was also missing, but they added a new one to complete the truck. It is just a little shy of 10 inches. It is still very cool as it is. The spotlight turns as does the winch.
