STITCHED DETAILING RUNS UP EACH SIDE IN BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR AS WELL AS ALONG THE BOTTOM EDGE AND TRIMS THE ROUNDED CUFFS AND POCKET FLAPS. BLACK SILK VELVET TRIMS THE COLLAR. THE REAR IS CUT IN PLEATED BUSTLE FASHION WITH A NOTCH IN THE VERY CENTER. STITCH COVERED BUTTONS TRIM THE TOP PLEAT FOLDS, ONE IS MISSING. INTERIOR IS LINED IN BLACK SATIN AND IS LABELED AS PICTURED ON THE INNER NECKLINE. CONDITION: FRAY TO THE SATIN LINING IS SEEN BENEATH EACH UNDERARM AND ON EACH FRONT CORNER. WEAR TO THE TOP EDGE OF THE VELVET IS SEEN, MOSTLY ON THE INNER EDGE SO THAT IT IS NOTE NOTED WHEN WORN. ONE BUTTON IS MISSING FROM THE FRONT AND IS INSIDE ONE OF THE POCKETS.
