This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/folded over - edges rough in many areas and perhaps oddly cut); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); many edge indents/nicks (some tears exist); no holes that I could see.
