Description: Extremely Rare Bob Ford of AZ. Discovery Set of 2004 D Error Quarters including the EXTRA HIGH and LOW LEAF deliberately additional designs added to the WI. Denver Quarter Dies by a Denver Mint worker in the die shop. There is a similar extra ear design error on a few 2004 D Dimes which that these three error coins were altered intentionally. Of the 100 Bob Ford DISCOVERY Sets, only a few were graded MS 67 by NGC. All Three Coins of which two are the Quarter Errors are graded NGC MS 67. This is Discovery Set Number 20.
