Warranty Void If:· Core battery pack (original old, ailed Module thatthese new Module are replacing) is not returned to The Hybrid Doctor within 30days from purchase date from The Hybrid Doctor. · Modules within pack are rearranged from originalconfiguration sent. The Hybrid Doctor battery pack is professionally balancesand ordered to ensure peak performance. · Not all original modules sent within a pack arepresent upon return of pack for warranty claim. · Modules have been CHARGED or DISCHARGED prior toinstallation into a vehicle. · Vehicle has not been started and driven for at least30 minutes every 30 days. · Battery Air Filter was not cleaned and kept clearof obstructions. (Clean every 3 months)· Battery has depleted to less than 20% State of Charge(SOC) due to running out of fuel, engine, or regenerative system malfunction,or user error. An example of user error would be leaving the vehicle in neutralfor extended periods of time while vehicle is turned on. In this example, theengine is unable to recharge the Hybrid Battery which could result in permanentdamage. · Presence of any of the following diagnostic codes:P3192 (Engine does not start), P3193 (Fuel run out), P3190 (Poor Engine Power),P0A0F (Engine failed to start), C1256 (Accumulator Low Pressure), or theirequivalent manufacturer diagnostic code.
