The kit also includes detail parts such as a screen door and signage. The building dimensions are approximately 3" long x 2.6" wide x 5.25" tall and the foundation is approximately 4.5" from the front of the sidewalk to the back of the foundation x 2.5" wide x 0.5" tall. The sidewalk is 1.5" out from the front of the building. The kit requires painting and assembly. Scenery and figures are NOT included.
