Description: The Other Side of Abbey Road is a 1970 studio album by American guitarist George Benson of songs from the Beatles' 1969 album Abbey Road. It was his last album for A&M Records. The front cover is a photograph of Benson by Eric Meola in E 53rd Street, Midtown East, New York City. Online music service Rhapsody praised the album, calling it "winning", a "delightful release", and citing it as one of their 20 favorite cover albums. THIS COPY is... a bit of a mystery. I could not find a date for this pressing other than the original release date of 1970 [Note: It was recorded in 1969 per the cover info.] In addition to A&M, "CTI" also appears on both the cover and the labels. I am including the "Notes" (see below) that came closest. The vinyl itself is in Very Good Plus [VG+] or better condition. The cover (which is not gatefold) has only the ghost of ring wear and the shadow of a previous price tag near the front upper right corner; it is in Very Good Plus [VG+] condition. The plain white inner sleeve (now a bit browning from age) is believed to be original. It has about a 1 inch split in the middle of the bottom edge; otherwise it is perfect.
