VG+/VG+ Catalogue Number: PMC 7027 Matrix: Side One: XEX 637-1 Side Two: XEX 638-1 Mothers/Stamper: Side One: 4 PT Side Two: 5 GDL Media (Play Tested): VG+ (Both Sides). Sits completely flat with no warping. Light marks on playing surface on both sides that do not affect the playback - this sounds great. One of the original unbranded UK pressings and a beautiful, 1st UK pressing. Sorry for the UK-centric snobbery but THIS is how Sgt Pepper was intended to be heard. Sleeve: VG+. GENUINE WIDESPINE. Clean with no writing or marks but does have a scuff on the top left corner. The Widespine is in very good shape but there is a bit of storage wear on the corners. A really nice sleeve and most importantly, a clear, intact widespine. Inner Sleeve/Inserts: VG/EX. Original Patents Applied For Fool inner has a couple of small stains and creases but the record has been stored in an anti-static inner. The original green Peter Blake Insert is in excellent condition. What can I say about this pressing and sleeve that you haven’t already read? I will just say that this is a stunning, package. The records look and sound great and the whole package is a lovely item to own and 100% worth the investment. Please also study the photos as these make up the full description.
