Like New/Fine- Book and dust jacket should be without noticable flaws or defects. Very Good- A used book that shows minor wear but has no tears to the binding, book pages or dust jacket. Good - Average used book. All pages must be present.May have light staining, small tears with no tape, minor marking some chipping to spine cover. Fair/Acceptable- A used book that has all the text pages intact but may be missing a title page, end-papers, etc. May be missing dust jacket. Damaged but readable. OTHER •Ex-Library. Former library copy; the should always be noted regardless of the books condition. •Book Club. This edition must always be noted regardless of the books condition. Generally a Book Club Edition (BCE) will be smaller in size and will not have a price on the inside corner of the dustjacket. •Binding Copy. Pages may be fine but the binding is loose or detached. I try to describe these items accurately and include any flaws that I can see feel or smell (I am not a super smeller but I try). All items including clothing and cloth items have been washed or sanitized to the extent I can clean them without causing damage. Even so I might miss something.
