Very Nice Tepco China Restaurant Ware Demitasse Saucer. This was made for use in the US Navy on the Wardroom aboard ship. It has a blue fouled anchor topmark with blue trim and verge. This was manufactured from the 1940s. This measures 5" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Saucer.
