Description: TEAC A-4010 GSL Reel to Reel Tape Player Recorder - Needs Repair - One Owner This is my uncles reel to reel. He purchased it new when in the military. The transport does not move properly, I think it needs a new belt and for some reason the capstan does not engage but it can be manually engaged. When I manually run the tape I do hear sound coming from both channels. No other testing has been done. Unit looks very good considering its age. Great to repair or put your working unit inside this nice housing. Sold AS-IS due to age and description. Includes a modified extension cord that works as the power cord (see pics), take up reel, manual and original box. Most items ship out next day. This will ship UPS so no PO Boxes.
