Clark Kent is clamped in an electric chair by a man who is certain he is Superman, and is apparently willing to try to electrocute him to prove the point. I am not the original owner of this comic. I bought it used and have kept it for 35 years stood up in a long box. I am not an experienced comic book grader, but I want to give guidance.
