This poster was created for a Paramount Pictures Inc. series of 17 cartoons produced with Fleischer Studios and released in movie theaters from 1941-1943. Large text reads "Amazing! Startling! Superman Is Here In Technicolor." Additional text reads "A Fleischer Studios Cartoon By Arrangement with Action Comics And Superman Magazines. Superman Comic Strip Created By Jerome Siegal And Joe Shuster." Printed by Morgan Litho Corp. Shows number 41/1149 in lower right corner. Bottom has unused rectangular block where cartoon title was to be added. Superb art featuring large image of Superman while behind him are comic panels. Plastic seal has minor scuff lines only visible upon very close inspection. Poster has strong, rich colors. An incredible piece which would easily become the focal point of any Superman collection.
