Description: Up for Buy it Now or Best Offer is a superclean, big and bold 1960s Swiss made Benrus hand wound mechanical men's wristwatch in a tonneau gold-washed case with a stainless steel caseback, and a brown leather strap. The original silver dial shows patina with Arabic numerals, gold bar minute and hours hands, and a sweep second hand. The serviced Benrus signed FE 140-1 engine has 17 jewels, and operates at 18,000 vibrations per hour. It has been oiled, the hairspring cleaned, inspected, and timed out. It winds, sets and keeps time. The polished case, measuring 37mm is in excellent condition with a screw down caseback. The acrylic crystal is new. Shipping is by U.S. Postal Service Priority box with insurance, tracking and signature confirmation.
