Description: The vase is approx. 10 1/2 inches tall with an asymmetrical opening. The base has a ground glass finish. I can't find any signature. It had a bit of dust or dirt inside at the base so I imagine someone used this as a flower vase. It is heavy enough to support heavy flowers. There are no chips or cracks on it. It has some glass pops as shown in the photos. There is what I imagine is a glass pop on the inside - very tiny about 1/2 way down but sticks out about 1 mm and is sharp. I can just see it but couldn't get a picture of it. This is a very dramatic flower vase. Everything on my hmnpwr site and my sister's 2vegburg site is from our parent's collections. They started collecting in the early 70's, mainly in the San Francisco Bay Area at the flea markets, shows, auctions, estate sales but they also traveled to LA or east to buy and sell. Their interests were mostly early American to midcentury American and Scandinavian ceramics. They also collected tableware, concentrating on California production. We regularly list new pieces that have been stored away for decades. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just contact me; I accept returns and will pay shipping both ways.
