Instead of providing a tissue pattern to cut and then use to cut the fabric they provide a heavy paper template to use tracing paper on. Then you cut the tracing paper or plastic and use that to make the fabric pieces. This way the pattern can be used over and over for different sizes. Instead of labeling these as uncut or cut I will say they are either used or unused. *********Stretch & Sew Dress Pattern. Pattern appears to be unused.
