They have been laundered and kept in my clean, pet-free & smoke-free home. The apron has several permanent stains on the material, but they do tend to blend in before examining closely. The approximate measurements are:Petty Pants (Dolly) = approx. 6.5" long (incl. 7/8" eyelet lace trim) and 6.5" wide across seat (laying flat) and 3-3/4" waist (laying flat). These may fit an American Girl Bitty-Baby sized doll, but please measure your dolly first.Apron (Little Girl) = The waist portion of the tie is approx. 11" across, with the entire tie measuring about 15" across.
