The audio release had only eight songs, whereas this VHS video has 12 songs, and interview segments with Steve Taylor are interspersed throughout the video. The concept video for the song "Lifeboat" is also included on this video. The concert closes with Sheila Walsh joining Steve Taylor on stage for a spirited duet on the song "Not Going To Fall Away" (a song that originally appeared in studio version as a duet between Taylor and Walsh on their joint remix EP entitled "Transatlantic Remixes").
