The dress was worn once but does has some damage, see last 4 pics. It's on both sides near shoulders. The sashes appear to have been pulled, so they are torn where they are sewn onto the dress. If you're up to an easy fix, I'm sure that can be done, they are not big tears, they are more like small snags.
