He got into the business because there was a need for improving the hobby, he and his friends enjoyed so much which was racing and mud digging. He realized early on that if he wanted to win he would need higher trucks and bigger tires. Fabrication was always his passion. So, hobby turned to business and in 1974 they created Skyjacker Suspensions.From there Skyjacker grew from a one bay garage into an international manufacturing warehouse. In these 45 years, we have gotten to experience some really awesome things: being recognized on Law and Order SVU television show, having the official jeep in the Lara Croft Tomb Raider movie, supplying numerous celebrities suspension lifts for their rides, being a sponsor on the Duck Dynasty Television show, getting to work with legends of our industry, going on crazy adventures off-road, and so much more.
