Heat moldable- Never been molded to my feet, so you’ll be able to get them to fit like a glove. I changed the laces to these checkerboard ones but will include original black laces as well as new white laces with them. I’m also including JBM elbow and wrist pads. For size reference I’ve included their size chart, but I wear a women’s vans size 8, Nike size 8.5, and converse size 7.5.
