Quick research point to being a Sioux made piece. Is it a quality tourist piece or made for native use? I'm not sure. CONDITION: Very good overall condition as seen. I see no beadwork damage. It is all nice and tight. The leather / hide / skin has some uniforn wear of aging as seen.
