The horn still retains nearly all of its original lacquer and shows typical signs of use that one would expect from a well-loved vintage sax such as some lacquer wear, scratches, and minor dents/dings, etc.... The horn has recently had a few pads replaced and is playing top to bottom, but as is the case with most vintage horns, we'd recommend a fresh overhaul from your favorite tech to get the most out of it for your preferences.
