Description: Tie Bar Kit - for Twin Engines with Single Hydraulic Cylinder (Use w/ HC5345, HC5348, HC5358 & HC5445 Cylinders)These tie bar kits are used when linking hydraulically steered twin outboard engines with just one pivot-mount steering cylinder.The HO6001 Tie Bar Kit has a Drive Bracket at the Hydraulic Cylinder end, and a Slave Bracket at the other end for attaching to the tiller arm on the second (slave) outboard.Kit includes the adapter plate(s), tie bar, and hardware required to connect twin engines that utilize a single front-mount outboard steering cylinder.NOTE – The HO6001 kit is for engines rated 300 HP or less (each), with engine center-center distances of 26" to 36". For wider engine centers, engines exceeding 300 HP (each), and ALL "performance" type boats please call Seastar Solutions Technical Support.For triple engine applications, add a second tie bar kit of the type you would use for a dual engine set-up.
