I have as VG+ I was going to say excellent (for a 30!year old album that has been listened to years ago... but some may think it's like out of the box excellent which is not realistic. You can see by the pic how clean and pristine the vinyl is. Same comment for sleeve. I've done my best to show clear photos... they make up part of the description. Why is it expensive? it was only a limited press run in Europe and Brazil... Nothing elsewhere as the trend was totally for CDs. I bought this the week it came out (to add to my other 18 albums and picture discs which I will sell also). So this is a rare vinyl for any Rush collector (which I was until vapour trails). this has been on a shelf for 10 years and needs to be wanted by someone other than me.
